	SECOND BAPTIST YOUTH DEPARTMENT The Youth Department provides Christ-centered recreational and learning experiences for our young people. We want our youth to develop spiritually and learn to use Christian principles in all aspects of their lives. And, we want them to meet and be friends with other young people who have said “Yes” to Christ. Our annual activities include:
	• An annual Oratorical Contest • Reading Tutorial Program
Sailing Camp
	• All Night Lock-Ups • Summer Camps
• Hazel M. Gardner Youth Talent Extravaganza • Mission Trips • Holiday Fellowships
• Ski trips, bowling parties, skating parties, field trips
To offset our expenses, the Youth Department serves breakfast each Sunday morning (except fourth Sundays) for a free-will offering.
